Perfect Wellness is a service-based clinic providing in-clinic services such as dermatology and skin treatments, laser procedures, body contouring, and weight management programs.

Accordingly:

• We do not sell or ship physical goods.

• No delivery or shipping timelines apply to consultations, appointments, or treatments.

• All services are delivered in person at our clinic location.

2. Exchanges – Not Applicable to Services

Since our offerings are services and not physical products:

• Exchanges are not applicable.

• If you wish to change a booked service or program, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details regarding adjustments or clinic credit.
