This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all consultations, treatments, procedures, packages, memberships, and any other services (“Services”) offered by Perfect Wellness (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”).
By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Booking & Payments
Payments may be collected in person at the clinic or via a secure payment link, such as a Razorpay payment link, shared with the customer.
Once a payment is made, it is treated as confirmation for the selected service or program.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an appointment, please inform us as early as possible so we can manage scheduling.
Cancellation of an appointment does not create a right to a refund. Please refer to Section 3 below.
3. Refunds – All Sales Final
All sales are final.
Amounts once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
4. Adjustment / Clinic Credit (In Place of Refund)
Although payments are non-refundable, the Clinic may, at its discretion, allow adjustment of the paid amount toward another program, service, or treatment as clinic credit, subject to the following conditions:
A deduction of 20% of the paid amount will be applied.
The remaining 80% may be adjusted toward another available service, program, or treatment offered by the Clinic.
The adjustment is subject to medical suitability, service availability, and confirmation by the Clinic.
Approval of adjustment requests is not automatic and remains at the discretion of the Clinic.
5. How to Request an Adjustment
To request an adjustment, please provide the following details:
Full name and phone number
Date of payment and payment reference, if available
Service or program originally booked
Requested alternative service, program, or treatment

6. Payment Method Notes (EMI / Bank Charges)
If payment was made using EMI or any bank or issuer-supported payment method:
Interest, processing fees, or bank charges are governed by the respective bank, issuer, or payment partner’s terms.
The Clinic is not responsible for bank or issuer charges, including EMI interest or processing fees.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to payments, cancellations, adjustments, or services shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
