These services (“Services”) are delivered at our clinic locations and/or as described at the time of booking.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments may be booked by phone or in person.

  • Certain services may require advance payment or a deposit.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and complete medical information relevant to your treatment.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Results

  • All services are provided under professional supervision. However, results vary from person to person based on individual factors.

  • Treatment plans may be modified after medical assessment.

  • Nothing on this website guarantees specific outcomes.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and eligible to receive the service.

Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Final eligibility is determined solely by the clinician after assessment.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices for consultations, treatments, procedures, packages, and add-ons are not displayed on the website.

  • Pricing is discussed and confirmed in person at the clinic after consultation and assessment.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per Indian law.

6. Payments (Including EMI)

  • We do not accept direct payments through the website.

  • Online payments may be accepted through authorized payment partners including card, UPI, net banking, and where available, EMI options.

  • EMI approval, interest rates, and processing fees (if any) are determined by your bank, issuer, or payment partner.

  • In case of refunds or transaction reversals, EMI adjustments, interest, or fees are governed by your bank/issuer policies.

7. Packages, Memberships & Prepaid Plans

  • Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

  • Validity periods, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Special offers and promotional pricing may have additional conditions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Provide false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
